Located in the MetroWest due north of Framingham sits the town of Sudbury. An area that is rich in history that coincidentally has the distinct 01776 zip code it has historic landmarks such as the Wayside Inn, said to be one of the oldest inns in the country. Henry Wadsworth Longfellow wrote “Tales of The Wayside Inn” which was a book of poems that included one about Paul Revere’s famous ride. The inn at one point was owned by Henry Ford, who purchased it in the 1920’s and had restored it.

Today, Sudbury’s center continues to mirror the history and character of its past. Churches and town buildings still stand and have been well preserved with their original beauty. Sudbury’s 1 acre zoning laws have also helped keep the rural-like environment and has played a role in making the town one of the most affluent in the state. This, along with preserved wetlands, sprawling conservation land and restricted commercial growth has led Sudbury to be consistently a highly desirable town to live in.
